Our 60% bronze filled PTFE guide wear tape is a flexible and low friction strip tape with high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and good creep resistance. Because of the self-lubricating properties and high compressive strength of 60% bronze filled PTFE guide wear tape, it is much less likely to stick-slip when operating at low rotational speeds, even with higher radial forces when compared to other strip materials.

Our standard Bronze filled PTFE strip tape contains 40% bronze powder and 60% PTFE, however other content ratios are available on request. And the color can be brown, blue, green, Golden yellow color and black
