Glass fiber yarn packing with graphite impregnation is a square compression braided textured glass fiber packing made from texturized glass yarn, then impregnated with mineral oil lubricantsand graphite. Glass fiber yarn packing with graphite impregnation contain no combustible backings and so are non-flammable.

Application of Glass Fiber Yarn Packing with Graphite Impregnation

Glass fiber yarn packing with graphite impregnation is a dense, yet resilient packing for static applications, and it is predominantly a valve packing, but can also be recommended for man-holes, tank lids and other static applications. It can be used with water, oils, alkaline solutions, weak acids, chemical products etc.
