Neoprene faced phenolic flange Isolation gasket kit has always been used to be a standard isolation gasket in the water, gas and oil industries due to the soft neoprene rubber gives excellent sealing efficiency. For this type of flange isolation gasket kit, it is made of soft neoprene rubber sheet that is covered to the either side of a laminate phenolic gasket retainer to supply an effective sealing performance and high electric resistance. Types of Phenolic Flange Isolation Gasket Kits

Plain Phnolic Isolation Gasket NFIK 604

This type of flange isolation gasket kit, the gasket retainer is made of reinforced plain phenolic without nitrile or neoprene faced. Available in Type E or Type F gasket only or be one part of a standard kit with phenolic and steel washers with Mylar sleeves. Its max working temperature up to 105 oC

Nitrile Faced Phenolic Isolation Gasket - NFIK 605

Nitrile Faced Phenolic Isolation Gasket available in Type E and Type F gasket only or as one part of the whole gasket kit. This gasket is made from a high-strength reinforced plain phenolic with 2 Nitrile layers on its both sides. Max working temperature up to 79 oC. Suitable for use in applications involving hot and cold water, steam, oils, fuels, gases and a wide range of general chemicals.

Phenolic Isolation Gasket with Sealing Element - NFIK 606

This high performance Phenolic Isolation Gasket with Sealing Element is available in Type E or Type F, and the gasket with Nitrile or Viton sealing elements can offer superior sealing effect. This highly advanced flange isolation gasket can be installed easily and can be used with misaligned or mismatched flanges. And can work from 150 class pressure rating to 600 class.

TYPE D FIK Gasket

Type D flange isolation gasket kit is specifically designed to fit into the ring groove of ring type joint flanges. The insulation gasket retainer is made of a fabric-reinforced plain phenolic material and produced according to ANSI specifications available in basic oval and octagonal shape. And custom made gasket shape such as BX type gasket with pressure ratings to 15000 PSI is available.

TYPE E FIK Gasket

Type E flange isolation gasket kit is a full faced gasket with the same outside diameter as the flange and precision cut bolt holes. This design facilitates proper alignment of the gasket during installation and foreign material prevented from shorting the flange isolation. Type E gaskets are available in plain face or Nitrile faced phenolic, as well as a variety of high temperature materials. Standard gasket thickness is 3.2mm.

TYPE F FIK Gasket

Type F flange insulation gasket kit is made for the raised face flange only. Not like type E gaskets, type F there are no bolt holes on the gasket, the outside diameter of the gasket is slightly small than the diameter of bolt holes, so it is easy to install. Type F gaskets are available in the same materials as the type E gasket. Standard gasket thickness is 3.2mm
